About

Team
Pulse Code consists of two members. Twin brothers Billy Iturzaeta the graphics and audio designer, and Louie Iturzaeta who does the programming. Pulse Code is a labor of love for us. We work on apps in our free time while still juggling careers and families.

History
Pulse Code started in 2005 with the homebrew project PSP Rhythm on the Sony PSP. PSP Rhythm started out as a simple drum machine and synthesizer. Over the next few years, PSP Rhythm developed into a full music production application.

In 2008 Pulse Code officially began with the development of BtBx on the iOS platform. BtBx is a groove box that is easy to use and get great results. The TB-303 sound is dear to our hearts having witnessed entire genres of music dedicated to the synth. Naturally, our love for the TB-303 lead us to develop DB-303, a direct emulation of the classic, with the look and sound of the real thing. After developing a number of apps for the iOS platform, we have learned a great deal. All of this knowledge and experience has materialized in our flagship application, Rhythm Studio. Rhythm Studio takes our love of vintage synths and drum machines and has turned it into a virtual studio for all levels of music lovers.
